Terms and conditions
The purchase of products in the 3D Printed Interiors Online Store is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1.1 The following General Terms and Conditions are intended for the regulation of the purchasing and sale services carried out in the Online Store of 3D Printed Interiors, on the website www.3dprintedinteriors.com, between the Customer, as a buyer and 3D Printed Interiors, as the seller.
1.2. "Customer" or "User" or "Buyer" means any person who acts/ buys items in the online store.
1.3 Browsing on the website, as well as the purchase of any product from the 3D Printed Interiors Online Store involves the acceptance of the General Online Sales Conditions.
1.4. Access to the 3D Printed Interiors Online Store is free of charge and does not require prior subscription or user registration.
1.5 The products available for sale at 3D Printed Interiors Online Store can be purchased by any person, resident in Continental Portugal or abroad.
1.6. 3D Printed Interiors reserves the right to change these conditions of use and contracting, without prior notice, as well as to change the information and commercial offer presented about products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services at any time, and any change will always be posted on the website www.3dprintedinteriors.com.
2. Obligations of Clients and Users
2.1 Any visitor of the website www.3dprintedinteriors.com is required to respect these general conditions, namely by observing the following obligations:
- It is not allowed to enter, store or disseminate through the website www.3dprintedinteriors.com any defamatory, obscene, injurious, xenophobic content and/or any other content that violates the general principles of law and public order;
- If the user has an account, he must keep his password and not disclose it in order to prevent third parties from accessing his account and personal data;
- Do not use false identities;
- Provide your correct personal data and address so that 3D Printed Interiors can process orders properly;
2.2. The "Customer" is solely responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to 3D Printed Interiors.
2.3. 3D Printed Interiors shall not be liable for any delay or impossibility in the processing of the order due to an error or insufficiency of the information provided by the "Customer", particularly at the time of delivery.
3. Product Information, Prices and Contents
3.1 3D Printed Interiors reserves the right to change, without prior notice and at any time, the information and commercial offer presented on: products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services.
3.2 The pictures presented on the website are merely illustrative, so it is recommended that you read carefully the details and characteristics of the product to be purchased.
3.3 The items for sale in the online store are subject to the existing stock and orders will be processed according to order of arrival. In case of stock rupture, temporary or definitive, the customer will be notified and the information will be updated on the 3D Printed Interiors website.
3.4 The prices of products are indicated in € (euros) and include VAT at the legal rate in force. The following costs are not included: cost of packaging; cost of transport to the customer.
3.5 Product prices and specifications are subject to change without notice, by update on the website.
4. Ordering and payment
4.1 To purchase from the 3D Printed Interiors Online Store, the user can select one of three options: register as a customer, login using an access account, or register as a guest.
4.1.1 By selecting customer registration, the user will be required to enter an email address and password in order to create an access account. Through this method, the user will be able to keep track of the order, as well as track previous orders.
4.2 After selecting one of the user options, the customer must fill in the billing information, according to his personal data.
4.3 After that, the user should fill in the information regarding the order's delivery.
4.4. The payment method must be selected by choosing one of the available options: Paypal, VISA, ATM, MB WAY, American Express, Discover Network, Mastercard.
4.5 Any order placed at 3D Printed Interiors online store will only be processed after the payment has been received. The formalization of the order, in itself, does not constitute a reservation of the products.
4.6 After order confirmation, an e-mail will be sent to the contact address registered in it by the customer at the time of the order formalization, with all the details about delivery, billing and payment information. 4.7 Changes to the terms of unshipped orders or cancellation of an unshipped order are allowed when requested by email to [email protected]
4.8 If an order cannot be totally or partially fulfilled, you will be contacted immediately by 3D Printed Interiors.
4.9. The validation of the purchase order means that the "Buyer" is aware of and accepts the website's General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
5. Shipping costs
5.1 The shipping cost is calculated according to the weight of products, destination and the total value of the order.
5.2 The shipping cost is indicated in the shopping cart before the final validation of the order, in case of deliveries to Continental Portugal.
6.1 Orders will only be shipped after confirmation of stock and payment.
6.2 Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer. Shipping to Post Office Boxes is not accepted.
6.3 Orders can be delivered outside Continental Portugal.
6.4 The delivery period is 10 days for Continental Portugal and 15 days for international orders.
6.5 Orders are made by a transportation company hired for the service.
7.1 The 3D Printed Interiors Online Store allows customers to return products within 15 days.
7.2 To ask for a return, the customer is requested to contact 3D Printed Interiors by e-mail [email protected] indicating the invoice number.
7.3 The return mechanism depends on the products being returned in good condition, in the original packaging in which they were shipped.
7.4 The return should be by mail to the address Rua Professor Abel Salazar, Loja 38ª Alto da Faia, Telheiras 1600-819 Lisbon.
7.4 Once the products have been received at our facilities and after verifying their condition, we will refund the amount by bank transfer or check.
7.5 3D Printed Interiors shall not be liable for deficiencies from misuse, negligence or poor storage conditions by the Customer.
8. Cancellation of Orders
8.1 Before shipping, the "Buyer" can cancel the order. If the customer places an order and wants to cancel it, he has to check the order status first.
8.2 If the cancellation request is successful, the customer will be notified by email of this decision and the cancellation will be processed without any extra charges.
8.3 If the cancellation request is not possible because the order has already been shipped, the products will be sent to the "Buyer", who, in case he/she maintains his/her intention to cancel the order, should proceed with the return mechanism. In this situation, the customer has to pay the shipping costs.
9. Data Protection
9.1 The Customer must expressly declare that he or she authorizes the collection of his or her contact data, in case of user registration, as well as for sending advertising on products and services under Law Nº 6/99, Law Nº 41/2004 and Directive Nº 2002/58/EC, through automated processing and profiling, by all available channels of communication, including electronic means.
9.2 Explicit consent must take place when registering in the Online Store, in the option indicated for that purpose.
9.3 The contact data collected will be kept for as long as the purpose for which their processing was consented to, or until the exercise of the right to opposition, rectification and erasure of the data by it’s owner.
9.4 The customer has the right to access the stored data free of charge, as well as to request their limitation, rectification, opposition or erasure when, among other legal grounds, the contact data is inaccurate or is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
9.5 The customer shall also be entitled to withdraw his/her consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent previously given.
9.6 3D Printed Interiors will not transfer the contact details collected to any third parties. If there are legitimate grounds for transferring the data, the Customer will be informed in advance and the identity of the recipients and the purpose for which the data will be processed will be communicated to the Customer.
9.7 The transfer occurs only when the third party provides sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, so that the processing will meet the requirements and obligations arising from applicable legislation on data protection and ensure the protection of the rights of the customer.
3D Printed Interiors expressly declares and guarantees that:
a) It will handle Personal Data collected from customers in the context of the services provided by the Online Store Service appropriately; that they will be the object of a lawful and confidential treatment, fair and transparent, and in a way that ensures their security, namely by committing to protect such Personal Data against destruction, accidental or unlawful, accidental loss, alteration, diffusion or unauthorized access;
b) It is able to ensure that all appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place so that the processing of Personal Data meets the requirements of the current Personal Data Protection Act, approved by Law Nº 67/98 of 26 October 1998 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016, ("RGPD").
c) The Personal Data is intended for the placement of orders in the Online Store, and only the necessary, appropriate, relevant data is limited to such purpose;
d) Will not use the Personal Data to which it has access for any purpose other than as provided in these Terms and Conditions;
e) Upon request of the Customer will destroy the said Personal Data immediately and efficiently.
11. Conflict Resolution
11.1 For any conflict arising in the contractual relations between the Parties, the Portuguese legislation will be applicable. Any question or dispute arising from the application, interpretation, integration or execution of this Agreement, when it cannot be resolved by agreement of the parties, will be submitted to the Portuguese courts. The consumer may seek information about his rights from the entities of Alternative Resolution of Consumer Disputes, available at www.consumidor.pt.
11.2 In case of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to the network of consumer dispute arbitration centers authorized to pursue the activities of information, mediation and arbitration of consumer disputes.
12. Intellectual and Industrial Property
12.1 Any reproduction or representation of 3D Printed Interiors, in whole or in part, of the elements included in it is strictly prohibited.
12.2 The corporate names, brands and distinctive signs of 3D Printed Interiors are protected under the terms of the legal provisions applicable to industrial property. The reproduction or representation of all or part of any distinctive signs is strictly prohibited and must be subject to prior written authorization from the owner of the 3D Printed Interiors brand.
